The dent is on the right side of the computer by the ports. There is no functional damage, everything still works fine. Just wondering how much it would cost for them to repair the shell.

If it is still functional, I wouldn't bother. Apple is very nice about fixing software, but hardware will cost you. The shell will probably take them a while to replace as well, because it is attached to most of the components.

I suggest leaving it there, for an identifying mark, that YOU will always remember,(case anybody tries to snatch it!)
hmmmm, idk, call apple care? they will probably be the ones fixing it, so they will be the only ones that know the price...
