I own a zune and this is the issue. At my parents house I try to plug my zune into the computer and it show its connected, also when starting the computer, the computer will say that an unexpected error has occurred with an external usb port. Is there any way I could repair that error. On my home computer it picks up the zune just fine. Thanks in advandced

when that happend to me at bootup i wait till after the computers all loaded up and then i plug it and it usually works. and i'm not sure but make sure you have the software on your grandparents computer cause it doesn't read at all if it doesn't have the program
