I know from experience how you feel at this time!, you may find that its impossible to get any further into Windows. What you now require is a recovery utility, do not panic at this time regarding the data on your machine, most if not all can be recovered. The utility consists of a linux live cd which boots from your DVD/CD drive thus over riding Windows, all your data can then be accessed. You will need to aquire one, hopefully you will have access to another machine.http://www.thelivecdlist.com. , post further if you need more help from me.

reinstall!! Report It

Nasty. You might have damaged the hard disk, unlikely as it may seem. If you don't have recovery media, then you may have a recovery partition. Check your system documentation for more information.
unplug it all take the side of and push all the connections in..as one may of come loose when you moved it.

plug it all back it and try again
try to locate a software called HDD regenerator.. use that to rescue.

It's not anything to do with you moving your PC. It just means that one of the essential win32 files has been corrupted or changed. I've had this problem before about 4 times:( but i just re-installed windows each time.
Try starting windows Xp in safe mode - to do this push one of the F# buttons at the start of boot up and choose safe mode to load - then try a system restore when you are in safe mode.
