Computer freezing and connection problem?

I was using Firefox an visiting my Myspace. I was reading comments in my profile when computer freezes and starts buzzing. The mouse and keyboard are frozen too forcing me to hold down power button and do an emergency shutdown. I turned it back on and got a saw that on my toolbar, the little computer wireless connection icon had a yellow triangle exclamation mark over it. It said I had limited connectivity or no connection, I used the repair option but it didnt work. I contacted my ISP and they ran some tests and found nothing. I ran a virus scan and found nothing. My ISP said it might have been just a glitch and I should use my disk-cleanup and defragmenter more often. What do you guys know or think about this? Can it be just a mere glitch that caused this? FYI My internet is back to normal

wireless internet connections get a little problem like this odd times its normal like a mobile phone can lose a signal odd time and say network not available or say limited service computer wireless connections can experience same problems sometimes but its normal it happes sometimes..its not the systems fault but if its slow all the time then that may mean u need to defragment it more...but that doesnt explain the yellow triangle over ur internet icon...that indicates a wirless network error that could mean the internet wasnt available for some reason for a few seconds may be some fault from the company its nothing to worry i guess but if it happens again and again get it checked by a pro man....tc hope its working..just defragment it and that should stop the system keep freezing if it keeps happening...but that yellow triangle and the mouse freezing that could be a coincidence that it happened at the sametime and it seems like the network and it may mean ur pc is slow coz it need defragmenting and that triangle came coz of some network fault and it seemed like its the network coz they happened at same time....only you can judge ur system so use ur skill and if it seems slow defrag it...if its fast and still keeps freezing then show a pro....hope it works out...tc
I agree just defrag more and do your disk clean up gotta take care of everything :)
