What to major in for this field.?norton ghost
You should either major in computer engineering and minor in business, or vice versa.
computer engineering is more hardware, which is what you will be working with in the company you described, but you can take computer programming electives if it interests you.
If they don't have a computer engineering program, do electrical engineering. It's basically the same thing.
a business minor (or major) is SUCH a good idea if you plan on owning a business. ok, it's a great idea for anyone. but you will learn about how to start, run, manage, and advertise for a business. sure you could figure it out on your own, but taking these classes will help you avoid common mistakes and pitfalls that inexperienced business owners almost always make.
be sure to take some entrepreneurship classes and look into lecture series if they are offered. There may also be an entrepreneurial club.

Maybe you should try to double-major in Computer Science and Business. Alternatively, you could focus on computers in undergrad and then get your MBA afterwards.
It would also be useful to look into an entrepreneurial program or club if your school has it.
Good luck!
