My computer won't start....??????????

Whenever I turn on my computer, I never get to log on because I get this message. It says that Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt. Insert setup cd to start repair. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME????I'm on a different computer right now. PLZ help

Put in your windows operating system CD and it will have an option that says repair.

That happened to me. Okay. When it comes up hit enter and wait.
Throw it out the window and buy a new one.

Why don't you insert the setup CD?
maybe you flooded it
put in your Windows XP CD and see if it will give you and option to fix it than scan your computer for bugs
1) calmdown. Your computer has crashed. You need a boot disk. One of the DLL files that is required for startup is probably corrupt. If you do not have a working boot disk then you need to a) find one that works on your computer/operating system or b) install a new OS because you killed your computer.
