That disk no longer exists and even if it did the operating system now has been replaced a number of times from visits to the local repair shops. Of course, they don't give you the disks you need to install the IME for Japanese. It is Windows XP Professional. How do I get it?

unfortunately the regional language options included in windows does not include japanese..go to this link at microsoft and just select the language you want to install :)
