Computer is messing up?

my computer will not work. it goes to a black screen with a "launch startup repair" and "start windows normally". niether works and i cannot get into safe mode either. someone help b/c i need important files on there.

The only way you can do it is to remove your hard drive and put it into another computer as a "slave" to extract the files. Look on the front of the drive and find out where to change the little black or white "jumper" to make your drive a slave. You need to have it repaired, however the only way for you to get it started yourself is with a windows istallation cd, and reinstall windows. Your operating system is really messed up. Look for a smaller repair company or person it will be cheaper.

Sounds like your computer crashed it may not run windows again until you in stall windows again your self.The best why I found out if I really need data from a crashed hard drive I would just take out the hard drive and stick it in a working computer and set your hard drive as the slave.Make sure its Xp its a lot easier to do.When the computer installs your hard drive just go to the my computer.then there you should see your hard drive witch would prob be mark as E,F,G drive.then from there just open it then start burning your data.One your done take your hard drive out put it back in your computer then install windows again.Hope that helps....
