i have used spybot, and have repaired but still i cant open emails or open some sites.

what can i do as its driving me mad.

http://www.iobit.com a very good free tool that will fix errors that cause crash's and you might want to patch microsoft's last update. it is causing pc's to crash. go to the microsoft update site and down load the new patch to stop IE from crashing. released on 12/22/07 good luck.

its not going to help your situation that much but if you download CCLEANER (its free) and use that it gets rid of most of the unwanted crap on your computer and frees up alot of memory.it might be the case that you computer is overloaded with things that dont want to be on there

You need to run your anti virus software, but first delete your temporary internet files and cookies.

You do that from Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Disc Cleanup.

If you haven't got anti virus software, I reccomend Free AVG from Grisoft.com.

You are describing Trojan activity.

Failing all other you arer going to have to put into a computer shop and will end up paying for a format you might not need.
